Everything we do, think, and feel stays with us as changes in who we are as well as who we will become. Experience can transform us in both good and bad ways. If we focus on designing experiences as transformational opportunities, Experience Design becomes the realm of Pure Possibility. 29-09-01 Understand that users' experiences can have benfits beyond productivity and meeting obvious needs... they can improveself-confidence, educate, entertain, enrich daily life, and provide many other tangible, transformational results.
